Sorry mate, I understand your disapointment, but it was only part of your design.  The other designer did not copy it, I described it to produce roughly the same result, but they never saw your design before the end.

It was clear in my brief that I required the card to be with my printer on Monday morning my time in GMT+10.  The other designer worked with me for a number of hours and responded very accurately to my feedback and requirements in a very prompt and timely manner.  The fact that I needed the job done and that that particular designer was able to work with me to ensure it was done and that my changes were made was the reason I opted for that designer.

Unfortunately your card back was not desired and your letterhead did not achieve what I wanted.  However, in fairness I have just allocated 2x participation payments for your input to the project.  I realise that none of this is going to make you feel any better about what has happened, but I hope it goes some way to compensating.

Yes I was a bit disappointed because I have put time to come up with the design, and next thing you know theres a design that looks just like it.
