I think u need to attach the files again as the files is not there u just need to add images or whatever files u have to the project and its free u can attach anything u like,
also I need more details:
how many colors ?the file u will use in printing those T- shirts what type? and is there a certain size for the illustrations ?
what about the countries do u have a certain ones on ur mind
the more details u put in the project the more designers will respond to u
