Icon Design for B2B Software Application

This is what Collective[i] was looking for in their icon design

We are looking for someone to create a unique set of Icons to be used for a B2B (business-to-business) software application user interface for Marketing and Sales professionals. The user interface will require two types of icons: Applications icons and Tools icons.

The Application Icons represent various well-known apps that you would find on your smartphone or operating system, such as RSS, Calendar, Weather, Music, Twitter, etc.

The Tools Icons represent custom built tools that this business software provides. The tools relate to sales and marketing categories, such as segmentation, sales leads and brand.

UI Design Style:
The UI of this software is very similar to a computer desktop. The user can customize the entire backdrop with a photo or image. Therefore, the Icons will live on top of the custom imagery, on a transparent navigation strip similar to the Mac Dock.
