What if I don't like the designs submitted to my Design Contest?
Once you have created a logo contest or any other graphic design project, you can request a refund of your project budget under our money back guarantee policy! The exception to this is where you have guaranteed/committed to your budget.
If you have guaranteed your budget, you can still:

- Invite other designers to respond
- Provide feedback to the designers who have already submitted
- Eliminate designs that have already been submitted
