A Chat Bot Character with a narrative

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

We are launching a chat feature on our website and we want to call it Parker. The idea behind this is our HQ and our original location are on Parker St. We will use this character / icon throughout social media and on our website to promote the chat feature. We want there to be a narrative behind Parker. We want to be careful on gendering Parker but also careful on how we reference "it". One thought is to use possibly like a street sign or something that can show direction to represent the street but also represent financial guidance or inspiration for directional decisions in your life. I will upload our brand colors but would prefer to use anything but the lime green and is okay with multiple colors. This needs to be visible small ( as a chat bot ) and useful in larger sizes.
