New Logo from scratch for a finance company in Switzerland

This is what laitec finance gmbh was looking for in their graphic design

We need a logo which includes our family crest. Our company s name is "laitec finance gmbh" and our family name - Laimbacher. My wifes name is bürgler the family crest i also added. Maybe we can combine but laimbacher has to be in the center.
