Sorceress playing card illustration

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

I need an original illustration for the face of a playing card which fits into a standard deck of playing cards (like the King, Queen, Jack) but represents a Sorceress (female magic user). The visual style should fit in with the same line art, coloring, and medieval royal theme of a standard deck of poker cards. The design should not include any of the suit icons (hearts, spades, diamonds, clubs). The design should fit into a 1.696 by 2.744 inch frame within a standard 2.5 x 3.5 inch poker card. The design should be in a scalable vector format. The Sorceress should be powerful, but stoic (not showing strong emotion) similar to the standard King, Queen, and Jack face cards. I have included reference photos of standard playing cards, and a few screenshots of other artists' projects which are in the same general style.
