This is what Fit and Firm Personal Training was looking for in their graphic design
I am a Personal Trainer and I would like a one page document to capture client Goals.
It must include the following information:
My Goals (What I want to achieve)
Allow space for 3 goals.
My Process Goals (How I will achieve them)
Allow space for 10 goals.
It must include the quotes "Focus on your potential, NOT your limitation". and "A goal is a dream with a deadline; without action it is simply a wish."
It must display my logo, ideally over a black banner to display the logo effectively. Logo attached.
It must have a K watermark. K logo attached.
It should be reflect its purpose ie capturing clients goals and dreams ie be sparkly looking.
If there is room include the acronym (SMART ie Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound). However if the page is too busy don't add it.
