Home Builder and Trade Supplier needs a Ad/leaflet/mail drop off leaflet design

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their flyer design

DecorLiving is a business that builds homes, renovations, property maintenance and anything else construction related to residential homes. See photos I have attached that have a description of the business.

I'm after a double sided flyer for mail box drop offs. The market audience is up market expensive homes and offices. I have attached some examples of what i think would look good - I would like to see an example like or similar to that but by all means the designs you submit don't have to be a copy or similar. If you have something completely different in mind that you think would suit, please submit or even a rough draft if youre not sure I'll like it and you don't want to risk wasting time.

Please include the text and information in your designs that I have included in my examples.
