Folder & Trifold type brochures

This is what a business in Switzerland was looking for in their flyer design

I just cant seem to get my designer to think outside the box when designing both these brochures. We are also working on redoing our webside and thus the brochures must match the look and feel of the website. The webside it still under contruction: https://nvmyweb.co.za/excelsiar/

Brief:

I think what I like is a light, high corporate feel. The content can remain as is, it's the layout and look and feel that I'm not 100% happy with.
