Soul to Soul Counselling Flyer Design

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their flyer design

I am a counsellor about to set up in independant practice. I need my flyer to tie in with my business card design. It should be simple / elegant on the outside face- dark blue background with white text. . The internal face could have a splash of colour to make it interesting. Perhaps an image of 'waves with the text over the top. With the quote underneath 'you can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf'. Perhaps a border separating text info from quote. I want the text to be varying sizes and fonts so that it looks more interesting but still should feel simple. I have included the text I need, in the page order however I am open to suggestions about how this will look graphically. Please see business card design.i would like 'stars can't shine without darkness' to match business card.

I need it to look professional, elegant, simplistic but eye catching.
