From drawing the comic characters with pencil up to vector illustration in Illustrator. From struggling the HTML & CSS code from scratch to modyfing someone else's PHP file (well I'm only be able to create the very very basic of PHP file from the scratch). From picking the right domain name, buying it, setting up the hosting things up to managing the file on web server . From design the UI in Photoshop and developing it's interaction for CD interactive or multimedia presentation to animating the objects and put the actionscripts in Flash. From simple photography and video shooting for documentations, creating motion graphic effects in After Effect's timeline until combining the video and audio in FinalCut or Premiere.
