With 12+ years as a visual and UX designer, I’ve contributed to and led design efforts on desktop and mobile web products, collaborating across PM, development, and research teams. My expertise spans visual asset production, system coherence, and UX feature design. Over the past 9 years, my work on crafting and documenting scalable design systems has been instrumental in improving user experiences across Microsoft’s web ecosystem. Beyond my work, I spend time helping with my kids’ youth sports teams as a coach and volunteer. Helping to guide young people through the ups and downs that come with youth sports is a great reminder about how to be a valuable contributor, colleague, and manager in the workplace. hide
