It started out being a hobby as a freelance graphic designer, I became official in 2007 and in 2011 committed to CMDesign being my full time occupation. I graduated Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Studio Art with a focus on Graphic Design. Immediately following graduation I was hired by the News-Register publishing company as a graphic designer. In just three years I climbed the ranks from graphic designer to Lead Artist and then Production Manager. Not only was I able to over-see all the ads and graphics being built, but the whole paper being put together. On top of that I was even able to become editor of a real estate guide called Yamhill Valley HomeFinder. One of my most favorite aspects of this type of career is getting to know my clients so I can create something for them they will love. I enjoy taking them out to coffee, chatting and finding out what their needs are. My principal goal is the pursuit of my clients upmost satisfaction! I want them to be more than satisfied, I want them to love what I do for them. I am so passionate about it, that if they don’t love it, they don’t pay for it. To do this, I believe it takes superior customer service and communication skills, thorough knowledge of advertising and marketing strategies, the ability to portray their brand and idea as well as an elite level of ability to create! hide
