With over 8 years of working experience and over 15 years of being a parent my understanding on ' WHAT'S IN + WHAT'S NOT' has definitely come with the job. I am originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, U.K but recently moved to Gloucester, England to be nearer to London for work meetings etc. WHAT I DO: I have lots of experience with: illustrative art, art application to textiles, understanding textiles and fashion design. THE ARTWORK PROCESS: My artwork is both fun + bold with colour popping illustrations that benefits from great attention to detail. My speciality is working on artwork prints and their application to jersey, all illustrations are drawn free hand and colour is applied in the same way. I like to think my artwork is an extension of art from a kids perspective which has a nostalgic feel and captures the mind of both the parent and the child, Artwork is transferred to Photoshop for completion. WORK EXPERIENCE: My previous work experience within the fashion industry has included: Women's wear, soft furnishings, lingerie, sportswear/swim wear to kids wear Brands I have gained experience from: LEVI STRAUSS, D.A.K.S, MARKS & SPENCERS, RUSSELL CORPORATION, CYAN SPORTSWEAR, WHAT I OFFER: Seasonal mood boards (based around your inspiration/focus) Fun illustrated artwork Textile samples Fast design turnaround.
