After a brief stint studying animation in Ballyfermot College of Further Education re ...more AS A DESIGNER, I HAVE A PASSION FOR CLARITY AND SIMPLICITY. After a brief stint studying animation in Ballyfermot College of Further Education receiving a FETAC level 2 in Animation, I turned my attention to design within the college the following year, receiving a FETAC level 5 in Design. With my focus now on design, a began studying a degree course in Dublin Institute of Technology (Irealnd) in 2005. I finished college with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications in 2009. After I completed college, I began working in the print industry. Working in this fast paced print environment was challenging on many levels, as I had to cater for numerous clients and meet short deadlines. I learned how to adapt and stay agile, creating artwork for a wide variety of industries while keeping track of multiple schedules. This environment ensured my design skills stayed sharp, and it taught me the value of organistaion, prioritisation with a streamlined approach towards tackling project briefs. I love to illustrate, draw and paint, and I have been lucky enough to merge this into my professional career. I enjoy creating interesting and exciting design treatments, that emphasise and communicate the message required,in a clear and concise manner. hide
