Business card design needed

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their business card design

I need a business card that sets my business apart from big gyms and intimidating personal trainers. My personal training business focuses on outdoor and client in-home training, in an environment that is both enjoyable and sustainable for the client.
I train males and females, however a large proportion of my clientelle are female, so I would like the card to lean towards females, but still have a bit of masculine appeal about it.
