This is what Sargeants- Port Phillip was looking for in their brochure design

We require a double sided postcard design with the following measurements:

148mm x 210mm
Leaving space for address and stamp on the back
(Printer requirements: 3mm internal bleed on each document and 3mm external bleed on each document. Digital file supplied as a press ready PDF. Full colour CMYK and please include trim marks

On the front the following large text (and any of your graphics):

'We lodge plans of subdivision'

I NOTE THAT THE WORDS SHOULD BE THE FOCUS POINT AND THE GRAPHICS SHOULD NOT BE TOO DOMINATING.

On the back:

Address panel and stamp section to the right and then the following text to the left:
