On Going Brochure Design and Formatting

My client is looking for Brochures for each of their products. They are Packaging Machinery co based in Sydney Australia.

Scope of Works: Take supplied copy & graphics and format into redesigned Adobe Illustrator template, for printing & pdf (website). These will be technical brochures with Diagrams and charts


Situation: We currently have design for the brochures, which the client is happy with the look & feel. The designer needs to rebuild/reproduce these brochures so they work in C5 Adobe Illustrator. They original ai templates were designed in China through the clients Chinese office. Although they look OK, they have a lot of structural formatting issues. which is difficult to explain with the language problem.

Every time we need to make a change or create a new product brochure, it's headache.
