Marketing Concept Needed - Do It Yourself Multi-Purpose Stand Alone Room

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their advertisement design

I need a marketing/advertising piece that will sell my concept to the end user. The idea is that someone who needs some extra space or private space or office space or storage space or guest room space or garden space or kids play room space, ETC can purchase my do it yourself stand alone room, which is also environmentally friendly. This is a standalone structure in the backyard or back lot that someone can have some "me time" in for whatever they need it for.

I have attached some thoughts for this concept but none jump out at me yet. The product is very environmentally friendly, but I am not sure that is the `grabber'. The end user buys the shell from me and then finishes it in any way they want. Most will probably match it to their existing home or structure (brick, vinyl siding, shingles, stone, whatever). I sell the room shell which is the floor, walls and sub-roof and they finish it the way they want.
